A toj\u00e1sokat, a van\u00edliar\u00fad kikapart magjaival, a cukorral \u00e9s a Ramaval robotg\u00e9ppel habosra verj\u00fck, majd hozz\u00e1adjuk az el\u0151zetesen \u00e1tt\u00f6rt ban\u00e1nokat. Ezt is alaposan \u00f6sszekeverj\u00fck, majd 2-3 adagban hozz\u00e1forgatjuk a s\u00fct\u0151porral elkevert lisztet.<\/p>\n<p>2.
