A csirk\u00e9t megtiszt\u00edtjuk, a csontn\u00e1l kiss\u00e9 bev\u00e1gjuk, hogy j\u00f3l \u00e1ts\u00fclj\u00f6n, majd s\u00f3zzuk \u00e9s borsozzuk. 10 percig hagyjuk \u00e1llni.<br \/>\n2.
